Liverpool are 9/1 fourth favourites to win the Champions League but will have to try and exact revenge on Real Madrid, who beat them in the final last season, after being drawn against the 14-time winners in the round of 16.

Manchester City, who won Group D without losing a match, are 13/8 favourites to lift the trophy for the first time and face RB Leipzig next, while Bayern Munich are second in the market at 7/1 and meet Paris Saint-Germain in a repeat of the 2020 final.

Champions League betting: Reds on revenge mission

Liverpool are 9/1 to win the Champions League after they were drawn to face Real Madrid in the round of 16. The match is a repeat of last season’s final, which Real won 1-0 to be crowned kings of Europe for the 14th time – and they are 12/1 to extend that remarkable figure to 15.

Because Liverpool finished second behind Napoli in Group A, they will have to play the second leg at the Bernabeu in Madrid. Napoli are also 12/1 and face Eintracht Frankfurt next.

Manchester City are 13/8 favourites to lift the trophy and will be favourites to beat RB Leipzig in the round of 16. Behind Pep Guardiola’s side in the betting are Bayern Munich at 7/1, who face a tricky assignment against a PSG side featuring Lionel Messi, Neymar and Kylian Mbappe in a repeat of the 2020 Champions League final.

Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur are 14/1 and 16/1 respectively to win the Champions League and both will have home advantage in the second leg of ties that are favourable. Tottenham face AC Milan, who Chelsea beat twice in the group stage, while the Blues take on Borussia Dortmund.
